The incumbent has freedom to make decisions concerning the techniques involved to produce a solution, provided he/she adheres to the ISO 9000 procedures.

GENERAL
The position requires adherence to fixed time scales. The difficulty of the position lies in the ability to provide a long term, cost effective and defect free solution within the time frames allowed and within the budget allowed. The greatest challenge of the position is to satisfy the needs of clients in a manner that the client will be totally satisfied with the results and be prepared to pay for the service.
